10% Down Program:

ABC Bank and Frio Cañon are offering financing for Frio Cañon properties.  Typically, 20-25% down payment is required depending on the Buyer qualifications.  In this economy many interested Buyers want to sell another property or finalize some personal business before buying into Frio Cañon, therefore we have developed a special program that we call the 10% Down Program.  The 10% program is an incentive that reduces the down payment to 10% down. 

Here is how it works:
10% down payment at closing and interest only till the end of 2011.  At the end of 2011, the balance of the typical down payment is due which would be an additional 10-15% down.  Payments would convert to a 20 year amortization.  Basically this program helps Buyers reserve a Frio Cañon property with only 10% down and gives them up to 18 months to sort out any other business matters.  This financing is a one-time closing so the Buyer does not need to re-qualify at the end of 2011.  Specific terms will be based on Buyer’s qualifications and customized to fit their particular needs.
